For Shopify sellers

You own the checkout. You still do not own the unboxing.

Post-purchase emails get opened by a fraction of buyers. A card in the packaging reaches the person while the product is in their hands.

What you are up against

Selling on Shopify means selling blind.

01

Email only reaches some of them

Your post-purchase flow is fighting a crowded inbox. The parcel is not competing with anything.

02

Reviews live somewhere else

On-site reviews help conversion, but Google and Trustpilot are what a cautious first-time buyer checks before they trust a shop they have never used.

03

Returns tell you too late

A return is a fault you have already paid for twice. The unboxing moment is where you find out cheaply.

Where it fits

It covers the gap your email flow cannot reach.

  • Catch the buyer at unboxing, when the product is in front of them and the detail is fresh.
  • Send them to Google and Trustpilot, where a stranger checks before buying from an unfamiliar shop.
  • Run a short survey on a new product line before you scale the order.
  • Switch the card from a survey to review links later, without reprinting anything.

Questions from Shopify sellers.

Do I need to install an app or touch my theme?

No. Monact is not a Shopify app and does not connect to your store. You download a PDF and print it. That is the entire integration.

How is this different from a post-purchase email?

Timing and reach. An email arrives whenever it arrives and competes with everything else in the inbox. A card is in the buyer’s hand at the moment they open the parcel, which is when they have the strongest opinion they will ever have about your product.

Can I use my own short domain on the card?

Not yet. Every card carries our short domain, which is kept deliberately short because a longer web address makes a denser QR code, and a dense code is the one that fails to scan on a small card. Your own domain is on the list, and the same length check will apply to it when it arrives.
