Same for everyone

Every buyer sees the same last screen.

The review links and a way to contact the seller sit side by side, whatever the buyer scored. Routing them differently is review gating, and it is what gets selling accounts suspended.

Questions.

Is this the real thing?

It is the real flow with demonstration questions, running in your browser so nothing is recorded. A live card behaves identically — the difference is that a live one stores the answers in your dashboard.

Why does the last screen not change when I score it badly?

Because it cannot. Showing happy buyers the review page and unhappy ones a complaints form is called review gating, and marketplaces treat it as review manipulation. Monact has no rule anywhere that reads an answer and changes what comes next.

What does the buyer have to install?

Nothing. They point a phone camera at the code and a web page opens. No app, no account.
