For Amazon sellers
Your listing has four reviews. Theirs has two hundred.
A compliant insert card turns delivered orders into honest reviews. It also warns you about a problem before it lands on your listing as a one-star.

What you are up against
Selling on Amazon means selling blind.
Zero reviews kills a launch
A new listing next to competitors with 100+ reviews barely converts, however good the product is. The first five reviews are the hardest to get, and worth the most.
You cannot email your buyer
Amazon keeps the customer. Buyer–Seller Messaging is narrow and heavily policed. The box is the only channel you genuinely control.
One bad review, no warning
A buyer with a broken item does not contact you. They write two sentences on your listing and you find out afterwards.
Where it fits
It sits inside the rules, not around them.
- Thank the buyer and ask for an honest review — which Amazon permits on an insert.
- Send every buyer to the same place, whatever they think. No happy-path, no complaints-path.
- Never offer a discount, gift or refund for a review. There is no field to type one into.
- Ask what went wrong in a survey instead, so you learn about a packaging fault in week one rather than month three.
Why the QR code matters
In one published test, insert cards with a QR code drew around 15% more responses than the same card with only a printed web address. A code your buyer can point a phone at removes the step where they have to type.
Questions from Amazon sellers.
Are QR codes allowed on Amazon inserts?
Yes, provided the destination is allowed. Thanking a customer, asking for an honest review, or offering support and warranty registration are all fine. Capturing emails for marketing, offering off-Amazon discounts, or steering only happy buyers to the review page are not.
Does Monact capture buyer email addresses?
No. It never asks for one. Email capture through an insert is one of the practices most likely to get an account actioned, so the product does not do it at all.
Can I use this alongside the Request a Review button?
Yes, and most sellers should. The button is Amazon-run and completely safe, but it fires on Amazon’s schedule and tells you nothing. An insert reaches the buyer at the moment they open the box, and the answers come back to you.
Will this get my account suspended?
Nothing in Monact breaks Amazon’s review policy, and the features that do — gating and incentives — are absent rather than disabled. You still control the wording on your card, so keep it to thanks and an honest request. Policies change, so check the current wording before printing.
